On Tap

We had a fantastic time at On Tap! Our server Jo made it super special. She was really helpful with recommendations and super sweet with our two little kids. She made sure we were well taken care of. Food was great, beer was cold, service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

A really cool bar attached to a really cool Hotel - located in the original Pabst Blue Ribbon Brewery. It's right across the street from the PBR Museum and a perfect spot for a true Wisconsin experience, - their PBR battered cheese curds are a must. All the staff were so helpful but the manager Cassandra went above and beyond. She was so welcoming and really made everyone feel at home.

It was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! And this says a lot because I’ve traveled throughout the United States and Europe as well as Asia. I made my reservations directly with Chloe. She was absolutely amazing! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met on earth. I had told her that due to Covid when I got married to my wife Jillian we could not have a honeymoon. And asked her if I could get nice room with a good view, she gave me the best room and my last name is Beer. This room even has doors that have windows that go to the bedroom that look like glasses of beer! We had a bottle of champagne, waiting for us. The room was absolutely incredible and one of the cleanest best rooms I’ve ever been in! The whole staff was absolutely wonderful!!! We became friends with the manager of taps, the bar downstairs and the shuttle driver. He gave us recommendations of everything to do in Milwaukee, including the safe room. The view from our room on the top floor look down over all the beer vats. Mr. and Mrs. Beer came for the Oktoberfest or German fest had never been in Milwaukee before and plan on coming many times in the future!! And this is mostly because of the hospitality and the wonderful people at the brewhouse! Chloe, We want to give you a big hug!!

First time here and will DEFINITELY be back. Dylan was our server and she was the absolute best!! I had the Mac and cheese and added brats. It was delicious. I would recommend over and over!!

Captain Pabst would steer his ferry boat towards On Tap! The cheese curds were creamy, the roasted garlic chicken pizza was delish, & the atmosphere was soothing... The service was top notch! Kelsi, our server & future winner of best earrings, was the best part of our dinner! Like smooth jazz, she hit all the right notes... Drop anchor at On Tap!

Popped in to Milwaukee for the day from Chicago after a Navy bootcamp graduation. Bartender, Louis, was great. Friendly and helpful, suggested some great beers and things to do in the city for a couple of unprepared day tourists. Cool atmosphere in the historically renovated Pabst building. Had a great time, 10 out of 10.

Awesome history in the area. We're in from Ca. for a navy boot camp graduation in Great Lakes, Chicago area. We ventured out to Milwaukee and stopped by for some PBR history. They're doing big things out here and it's awesome to see. Hit Louis up at On Tap for some great beer and area recommendations and enjoy the ambiance and environment!!

Went there for the 1st time while visiting our kid at Marquette. Food was pretty good! Loved the cheese curds! We had Dylann as our server. I remember her name cause it was so unique and also cool for a girl. Let me just say, this young woman knew her s***! She was super personable! Answered all our questions, gave some great recs on food and beer on tap! The BEST was her ability to hold just an honest and welcoming convo with us while serving us with a quickness that we really appreciated. We will be coming back here when in town! And I just hope this young lady is working cause she was awesome! Great place,great food and killer service!
